Participants will be required to undertake a special mini-project as Module 19. This is at the start of Course 4. This will be a short review of HR legally-related developments in their own organisation. At the end of the review they will be asked to complete a pro-forma report assessing how this issue was handled. The first of these will focus on how your organisation adapted to the introduction of GDPR legislation in Europe and beyond – prior to and after the regulation was introduced in May 2018.
NB: If a participant is not based in the European Union and does not have any (or significant) operations there, they may choose for their special mini-project the application of data protection legislation within their operations in any of their chosen focus countries.
